I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit throughout my lifetime. My mother Anne Scully is an icon in the travel industry, which allowed for our family to see the world. I also traveled for professional reasons, when I was training and singing opera.
Now, like many of us coming out of isolation after so long. I have decided to take on a new adventure and turn my passion for travel into a career. I am excited to be a part of Embark Beyond, as well as starting my LLC Strolling with Scully. Not only will I be creating trips for others, I’ll be sharing my experience and knowledge of so many amazing destinations through this blog. My intention is to inspire you to get back to travel and create memorable trips.

Travel can be so much more than taking in the sights. It can be transformative by offering you a way to connect with people outside your bubble. Experiencing something new allows for growth within yourself, whether it be; strolling through a market and taking in the local cuisine, cruising through the Mediterranean, or camping on a safari, all have the power to open your mind to other cultures. More importantly, it can bring you closer to your friends and family when experiencing something new together.
I myself love to explore a new destination through food and wine. One might call me an epicurious traveler. I love to eat and sip my way through each destination. I think it is a great way to immerse oneself into the culture. I believe it is not just a meal, but also a story about the place I’m visiting. My favorite family moments usually are around a table enjoying great food and an even better bottle of wine, while laughing over shared stories.
